Organizer: Apex Predators Track Experience
By registering for and participating in this high-performance driving education/event, track event, motorsports activity, or related event, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in a high-performance driving event involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to:
- Serious bodily injury or death;
- Vehicle damage or total loss;
- Property damage;
- Collisions with other vehicles, barriers, structures, equipment, or persons;
- Mechanical failure;
- Track surface conditions, weather conditions, and visibility issues;
- Negligence, actions, or omissions of other participants, instructors, workers, spectators, guests, or third parties.
I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks. I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with my participation in or attendance at the event, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
Apex Predators Track Experience, its owners, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, coaches, contractors, agents, sponsors, event officials, track owners/operators, venue staff, affiliated organizations, and their respective successors and assigns, collectively referred to as the “Released Parties,”
from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in or attendance at the event, including but not limited to claims involving injury, death, property damage, vehicle damage, or other loss, whether caused by ordinary negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to:
- My participation in or attendance at the event;
- My actions or omissions;
- My operation, use, maintenance, or condition of my vehicle;
- My failure to follow event rules, safety instructions, flag signals, or track procedures;
- Any injury, death, loss, or damage caused by me, my vehicle, my guests, my passengers, or my equipment;
- Any claim brought by another person or entity arising from my conduct at the event.
4. Vehicle Condition and Safety
I certify that the vehicle I will use at the event is in safe operating condition and suitable for high-performance driving activities.
I understand that I am solely responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and ensuring the safety of my vehicle, including but not limited to:
- Brakes;
- Tires;
- Steering and suspension;
- Seat belts, harnesses, and restraints;
- Fluids and fluid leaks;
- Wheels and lug nuts;
- Helmet and safety equipment, if required;
- Any other equipment required by Apex Predators Track Experience, the venue, or event rules.
I understand that event staff may inspect my vehicle or safety equipment, but any such inspection is not a guarantee of safety, fitness, or compliance. I remain solely responsible for the condition and operation of my vehicle.
5. Compliance with Rules and Instructions
I agree to comply with all event rules, track rules, safety requirements, flag signals, instructions from event officials, and directions from instructors, coaches, or venue personnel.
I understand that unsafe driving, failure to follow instructions, violation of event rules, or conduct deemed dangerous or inappropriate by event officials may result in removal from the event without refund.
I acknowledge that this event is not a race, competition, timed event, speed contest, or driver licensing program unless specifically stated otherwise in writing by Apex Predators Track Experience.
6. Medical Fitness and Emergency Treatment
I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this event.
I certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, impairing medication, or any substance that could affect my ability to safely participate.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Apex Predators Track Experience, event personnel, track personnel, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, physicians, or other medical providers to provide or arrange medical treatment they deem necessary.
I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses, transportation costs, or related expenses incurred.
7. Insurance Acknowledgment
I understand that standard automobile insurance policies may not provide coverage for incidents occurring on a racetrack, closed course, performance driving facility, motorsports venue, paddock, pit area, or during any high-performance driving event.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to verify insurance coverage and, if desired, obtain appropriate track day, HPDE, or motorsports insurance.
I understand that Apex Predators Track Experience does not provide insurance coverage for damage to my vehicle, damage to another participant’s vehicle, personal injury, or damage to my personal property.
8. Personal Property
I understand that I am solely responsible for my vehicle, tools, equipment, trailer, clothing, helmet, electronics, personal belongings, and any other property I bring to the event.
The Released Parties are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or destruction of personal property.
9. Media Release
I grant Apex Predators Track Experience and its representatives permission to photograph, video record, livestream, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, vehicle, name, and participation at the event.
I authorize Apex Predators Track Experience to use such media for promotional, educational, social media, website, advertising, commercial, or archival purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

If I do not wish to grant media permission, I understand that I must notify Apex Predators Track Experience in writing before the event.
10. Guests and Passengers
If I bring guests, crew members, passengers, or other attendees, I understand that they may be required to sign a separate waiver before entering restricted areas, riding as a passenger, or participating in any event activity.
I accept responsibility for ensuring that my guests, crew members, and passengers comply with all event rules, venue rules, and safety requirements.
I understand that Apex Predators Track Experience may deny access or participation to any guest or passenger at its sole discretion.
11. Minors
Participants, passengers, or attendees under the age of 18 may be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a separate minor waiver, parental consent, and/or release form.
No minor may participate, ride as a passenger, or enter restricted areas unless approved by Apex Predators Track Experience and the venue, and unless all required documentation has been completed.
12. Severability
If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified as necessary to make it valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law and Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or related to this agreement, registration, attendance, or participation in the event shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Chatham County, Georgia.
I consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
14. Acknowledgment and Agreement
I have carefully read this Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Indemnification Agreement and understand its contents.
I understand that by signing, checking the required agreement box, or electronically submitting this registration form, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties for claims related to my participation in or attendance at the event.
I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary. I also acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions before agreeing.
