Welcome to the registration page for the Apex Predators Maximum Velocity Program.
This is unlike any automotive event you have attended before. On Saturday, September 19, 2026, participants will have the rare opportunity to perform high-speed aerodynamic testing on the legendary 3-mile Shuttle Landing Facility at Kennedy Space Center.
Because this event takes place on an active government facility, there are extensive security requirements and operating procedures that must be followed by every participant and passenger.
Please read this page carefully from beginning to end.
Event Information
Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
Testing Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Shuttle Landing Facility, Kennedy Space Center
This is an invitation-only event with an extremely limited number of participants.
Lunch, drinks, and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
There is ample room for trucks, trailers, and support vehicles.
The event will be held rain or shine.
Because this event is completely sold out and every participant has been individually selected, all registrations are final and no refunds will be issued.

Registration & KSC Security Clearance
Your registration consists of three required steps.
Step 1 – Complete Your Event Registration
Complete your registration using the options at the bottom of this page.
Each registration includes a mandatory KSC security badging fee ($115), and a payment processing fee (3%)
Step 2 – Complete Your Badge Request Form
This step is mandatory for both the driver and passenger.
Your KSC credentials cannot be issued unless this form has been completed.
Both driver and passenger needs to complete this today after registering.

Step 3 – Complete Your Liability Waiver
This step is mandatory for both the driver and passenger.
This form must be completed for each person to enter the facility.

Safety Requirements
High-speed aerodynamic testing is inherently dangerous.
Our goal is simple:
Everyone has an incredible experience…and everyone drives home in the same vehicle they arrived in.
Safety is our highest priority.
There will be zero tolerance for reckless driving, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow instructions from event staff.
Helmets
Drivers and passengers must wear a helmet meeting the following specification:
Snell SA2020 or newer
Motorcycle helmets, ATV helmets, and DOT-only helmets will not be permitted.
If you need a qualifying helmet, our friends at Apex Performance are offering participant discounts.

Tires
Your tires must be less than five years old.
As tires age, rubber compounds harden and the internal structure deteriorates due to heat cycles and oxidation. This dramatically increases the risk of failure during sustained high-speed operation.
Vehicles with tires older than five years will not be allowed to participate.
Please verify your tire date codes before arriving.
Vehicle Inspection
Before attending this event, your vehicle should be thoroughly inspected by a qualified mechanic.
Pay particular attention to:
• Tires
• Brakes
• Wheel bearings
• Suspension
• Steering components
• Cooling system
• Fluids
• Lug torque
• Battery security
By registering, you acknowledge that your vehicle has been inspected and is mechanically prepared for sustained high-speed operation.
Recommended Safety Equipment
The following equipment is optional but strongly encouraged:
• Fire extinguisher
• Driving suit
• HANS device
• Racing gloves
• Racing shoes

7:00 AM Meet at Kennedy Space Center Badging Office
Address: State Road 405, Merritt Island, FL 32953
You MUST HAVE 2 forms of government issued IDs. You will not be allowed into the facility if you don’t have these.
KSC personnel will verify your Badge Request Form, photograph you, and issue your official NASA access credential.
Once everyone has received their credentials, we will proceed as a group to the Shuttle Landing Facility.
Driver Meeting
Before testing begins, we will conduct a mandatory driver’s meeting covering:
• Facility rules
• Safety procedures
• Run format
Attendance is mandatory for all drivers.
Testing Format
Rather than immediately utilizing the full three-mile runway, testing will be progressive.
We will begin with shorter acceleration distances to allow participants to become familiar with the surface, braking areas, and procedures while warming up their vehicles.
As the day progresses and participants demonstrate comfort with the program, we will gradually increase the available distance until full-length runs are being conducted.
This controlled progression allows everyone to safely build confidence before attempting maximum-speed testing.

Food & Amenities
Lunch, snacks, bottled water, and drinks will be provided throughout the day.
Please bring folding chairs for yourself and your passenger.
Following the conclusion of testing, we anticipate having the opportunity to visit several NASA locations for group photos and vehicle photography.
